Event Planning and Marketing

Griffon Consulting coordinated with the client to create an effective marketing and communications plan for the annual conference.

The plan included conference marketing, conference logistics, collateral design coordination, social media management, sponsorship execution, volunteer management. In addition, Griffon Consulting produced monthly webinars, e-newsletters, and regular website updates.

Community Relations

Griffon Consulting worked with the client to define the partnership goals and applicant criteria, then conducted in-depth research to determine compatibility.  A measurement system was used to evaluate opportunities, and challenges and a final recommendation was submitted for consideration .

Influencer Marketing

Griffon Consulting created influencer infrastructure by finding the right mix of niche bloggers that could engage in ways that ultimately drive awareness and purchase intent by honing in on the best fit in the areas of blog mission/purpose, impressions/metrics, reputation, cadence, tone. We worked with the influencers to create on-brand content through appealing stories, images and promotions to increase followers, top-of-funnel leads, and positive brand awareness.
